The Bible is not just another book. It is unique in a number of ways. A Collins dictionary defines ‘unique’ as “single in kind; having no like or equal; peerless.”
The same dictionary defines ‘believe’ as “to regard as true; to trust (somebody’s word); —to have a firm persuasion, approaching to certainty; to have faith (in); to think; to suppose.”

Tithing is a system by which people are required to donate, usually one tenth, of their gross or net income to the church. By doing this many suffer real hardship for themselves and their families, sometimes they are unable to pay the bills which come in, or feed and clothe their family properly. Is this really what God wants from us?

Do you know that the Bible doesn't say ANYWHERE that the reward of eternal life is in heaven?

How can Jesus Christ save me? What do we mean by this statement?
Saved from what? The answer is, Death. It is an accepted fact that everyone eventually dies. Some, perhaps, die sooner than others.

Have you ever been tempted to do something that you know you shouldn't do? Have you ever experienced an inner desire — a silent voice within you — suggesting that you do something, and that no one will ever know? What prompts us to have these feelings, or to do things that we somehow know that we shouldn't do?

Pain and sorrow are everywhere. A child is born deformed. The future of another is only hunger, disease and death. A worthy citizen is cut off in his prime, while another battles on through years of pain. The list is endless.
